I believe you may well already be involved in a number of cases concerned with the IBM UK 'C' Plan Pension Fund ( OPAS ref. # 26121). Being a member of this Pension Fund I am concerned with IBM's:-

1. Use of the Fund surplus
2. Equitable distribution of Fund Surplus
3. Proper discharge of Trustee Duties
4. Trustee Compliance with regulations on disclosures
