As the Ombudsman has now started his investigations with IBM and the Trustees,
if you have additional concerns not already mentioned, you will need to invoke
the Internal Disputes Prodedure with IBM.
- Write to your MP about your concerns (see Tom's initial letter in the
Documents file), various threads on the
Message Board and Letters to MPs.
- If you have some special skills (legal, pension law, actuarial etc.) then
please let us know.
- If you have not already registered your name, then please
Register.
We need to know who might be affected by IBM's actions.
- If you know of any C-Plan members, PLEASE TELL THEM about the website (do this today!).
Volunteers Wanted
If this turns out to be a long drawn out affair then we are going to
need volunteers to take on various organisational and administrative roles.
Other activities might include overall management, legal advice,
research/comparisons, generating summaries, interfacing with the media and so on.
If you have skills to offer, then please contact one of the names on the
contact list.
